Return Policy
We have a 21-day return policy.
- Returns must be shipped or dropped off with the shipping carrier within the return window, 21 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and tags.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and free from stains and dirt.
Returned items that do not meet the conditions above will be assessed a restocking fee or refused.
Returning Items
To start a return, please get in touch with us at info@marshrose.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a new purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
